Sonja Sirviö is a PhD researcher at the University of Helsinki and co-founder of Ecocan. With a background in human rights, development cooperation, and environmental sustainability, she has built a strong foundation for addressing global challenges. Through her startup, Ecocan, she combines technology and sustainability to combat beverage counterfeiting and improve waste management, adapting proven Nordic solutions to new environments.
