Dance Performance by Olga Bondarchik

This is a dance about the spaces between.
Between pressure and release. Between holding on and letting go. Between the ground beneath us and the leap we almost dare to take.
Set to Enemies by Imagine Dragons, the piece traces the quiet mechanics of change—the slow build of tension, the coil before the jump. Like a city learning to move in rhythm with its own future, each gesture asks: when is it time to rise, and when is it wiser to wait?
Because transformation rarely happens in the crash of a single moment. It happens in the small decisions—the weight shifting from one foot to the other, the breath held just a second longer, the choice to jump, not because you must, but because now is the time.
